Unity is a member of a city-wide model program for homeless youth administered by the Flexible Housing Pool and in partnership with four other agencies that serve homeless youth. Unity provides intensive case management to homeless youth who have been impacted by other systems such as Cook County Health and/or Juvenile Justice as they move into more stable housing options.
