Under subcontract with the Corporation for Supportive Housing, Unity provides a city-wide Housing Navigator program. Unity’s Housing Navigators help to locate homeless persons and households who have been matched to stable housing through Chicago’s Coordinated Entry System. In addition to outreach and location efforts, the Navigator supports the persons and families to successfully access the permanent housing, including helping them attain needed documentation and resources.
